THE CARRIER’S companion service starts at the check-in desk, includes the transfer of the minor through security and immigration for departure, includes accompaniment to the boarding gate and seating in the plane. Upon arrival at the final destination, the minor is accompanied by a liaison officer from the plane through immigration and customs, at which point the minor is handed over to the designated responsible adult. Unaccompanied minors may not transport pets in the Passenger cabin.
