Common use of General Coverages Clause in Contracts

General Coverages. All of Tenant’s Parties shall carry worker’s compensation insurance covering all of their respective employees, and shall also carry commercial liability insurance, including property damage, all with limits, in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

All of Tenant’s Construction Parties shall carry employer’s liability and worker’s compensation insurance covering all of their respective employees, and shall also carry commercial general liability insurance, including personal and bodily injury, property damagedamage and completed operations liability, all with limits, in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.
