Common use of General Coverages Clause in Contracts

General Coverages. All of Tenant’s Agents shall carry worker’s compensation insurance covering all of their respective employees, and shall also carry public liability insurance, including property damage, all with limits, in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in this Lease (provided that the limits of liability to be carried by Tenant’s Agents and Contractor, shall be in an amount which is customary for such respective Tenant’s Agents employed by tenants constructing improvements in the Comparable Buildings), and the policies therefor shall insure Landlord and Tenant, as their interests may appear, as well as the Contractor and subcontractors.
