General Description of Contractor’s Duties. Generally, the Contractor shall perform the Services in a professional workmanlike manner. The Contractor shall supply and furnish at the location where the Work is to be performed all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, and supervision, and shall bear all items of expense, necessary to complete and satisfactorily perform this Agreement, except such items that the Department, in this Agreement, specifically agrees to supply or furnish to or for the use of Contractor. Any labor, materials, equipment, tools, services or supervision not specifically described in this Agreement, but which may be fairly implied as required thereby or necessary to properly complete the Work, shall be deemed within the Scope of the Work and shall be provided by Contractor at Contractor’s sole expense.
