General Description of Credit. Upon reaching his/her first eligibility date with the Company and during each succeeding year, aAn employee subject to this Agreement shall be credited with a certain number of hours of credit for the purposes of this Article 8, based upon hours worked, during his/her first year of service and each succeeding year, such credit to be earned and used as designated in this Article 8.
