Worked Holidays. Employees who are required to work on the above described holidays shall receive the pay due them for the holiday, plus two (2) times their base rate for all hours worked on such holidays.

Worked Holidays. 1 5.3(a) Non-exempt employees who are required to work on their designated holidays shall receive 3 the pay due them for the holiday, plus double their Base Rate for all hours worked on such holiday 4 plus shift premiums where applicable. 5 5.3(b) Exempt employees shall receive the pay due them for the holiday, plus their Base Rate plus 7 $8.50 per hour for all hours worked on such holiday plus shift premiums where applicable. 8
Worked Holidays. Section 13.3 Employees who work on a holiday will be paid time and one half (1 ½) his straight time rate of pay for all hours worked on a holiday. No employee shall be deemed to have been “required to work” on a holiday within the meaning of this Section if he is absent from work for any reason, including illness, on such holiday. Non-worked holidays, even though paid, shall not count as hours actually worked in determining the right to overtime compensation under this Agreement.
Worked Holidays. Employees who are required to work on the holidays in Section 6.1.1 shall be paid time and one-half (1-1/2) their hourly rate for all hours worked on such holidays.
Worked Holidays. Shift employees may be permitted to take holidays off which fall on their scheduled work days. Employees scheduled to work on a holiday shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) for time worked during regular working hours in addition to holiday pay. Employees who are called out to work on a holiday shall be paid at the rate of double time for time worked in addition to holiday pay. Time worked in excess of the regular work day will be paid at the appropriate overtime premium. Except for shift employees, holidays listed below shall not be considered scheduled work days.
Worked Holidays. Employees who are required to work on the above-named 13 holidays shall either receive the pay due them for the holiday plus time and a half (1.5) their 14 working rate for all hours worked on such holiday, or the employee has the option of taking off 15 another day as the holiday. If an employee elects the option to take a day other than the 16 designated holiday off, it should occur within the week before or the week after the official 17 designated holiday.
