Employees on Third Shift. Those employees who are assigned to work on third shift shall observe holidays in accordance with Sections 7.1 through 7.6 except when Independence Day falls on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or a Thursday. When this occurs, they shall observe the Independence Day holiday on the fifth of July.

  • Terms of Employment 8.01 Terms and conditions of employment including wages, insured benefits and pension, vacation entitlement, sick leave and long term disability benefits of employees transferred as a result of an integration shall be addressed through the process set out under PSLRTA or the OLRA, if applicable.
