Common use of General Dispute Clause in Contracts

General Dispute. A dispute concerning an action or practice alleged to be unfair, inequitable, or which intrudes on an employee's ability to perform his or her job in a non-hostile work environment, or any workplace relationship issues that affect the parties’ ability to work together. The parties will review Alternative Dispute Resolution systems to more effectively resolve disputes of this nature.
