Common use of General Illness Clause in Contracts

General Illness. (Including Long Term Disability (LTD) during the first 24 months of disability following the waiting period), except where a Temporary Employee is regularly scheduled to work less than one-half (1/2) of the full normal hours of work Article 28A Benefit Plans including for a Temporary Employee who works part-time (not less than one-half (1/2) of the full normal hours of work) - eligibility for Extended Health, Dental and Health Spending Account Coverage shall be the same as if that employee was a full-time Employee
