Common use of General Insurance Benefit Clause in Contracts

General Insurance Benefit. No later than March 15 of the calendar year following the year in which the Date of Termination occurred, provided Executive has made a request for the payment described in this section 6.3.7 on such form as the Company may require. Executive shall receive a payment for use in continuation of insurance coverage, such payment to be equal to the annual supplemental executive insurance benefit provided to the Executive prior to the Executive’s Date of Termination.
