General License Grant. Subject to and conditioned on End User’s compliance with the terms of the E- XXXX and the Quote, Licensor grants to End User a revocable (according to Section 4 (“Termination”) below), non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software and Documentation during the license term stated on the Quote for End User’s internal business operations.
