General modalities. A.6.1.1. Each Party recognizes that the nature of the IT Services requires active, positive and respectful monitoring of the schedule provided in the Contract as well as the performance of the IT Services. The purpose of this monitoring is in particular to resolve any problems arising during the performance of the IT Services. To this end, each Party shall cooperate in good faith to deal with these difficulties expeditiously. A.6.1.2.
