Common use of General Partner Expenses Clause in Contracts

General Partner Expenses. The Partnership shall not have any salaried personnel. The General Partner and its Affiliates, but not the Partnership or any Limited Partner, shall bear and be charged with the following costs and expenses of the Partnership’s activities:

General Partner Expenses. The Partnership shall not have any salaried personnel. The General Partner and its Affiliates, but not Neither the Partnership or nor any Limited Partner, shall bear and or be charged with any of the following costs and expenses of the Partnership’s activities:: (a) any costs and expenses of providing to any Officer the office space, facilities, supplies, and necessary ongoing overhead support services for the Partnership’s operations or (b) the compensation of any Officer or any employee of the General Partner or an Investment Advisor.

The General Partner and its Affiliates, but not the Partnership or any Limited Partner, shall will bear and be charged with the following costs and expenses of the Partnership’s activities:, except to the extent they constitute Organizational Expenses: (a) any costs and expenses of providing to the Partnership the office space, facilities, supplies, and necessary ongoing overhead support services‌ for the Partnership’s operations; and (b) the compensation of the personnel of the General Partner and the Manager. The expenses that the General Partner is obligated to pay under this Section 6.1 are collectively referred to as the “General Partner Expenses.”
