General Plan Consistency. The City Council hereby finds and determines that Development Agreement No. 20-0078 is consistent with the General Plan of the City of Wildomar. General Plan policies LU 7.1, 7.2 and 7.12 aim to promote economic development in the City by accommodating development of balanced land uses, promoting a variety of stable employment and business uses, and improving the jobs-housing ratio. Allowing the Project to operate in the City furthers each of these policies.
