GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT. A.1.1 It is the general purpose of this local part of the Collective Agreement to establish the allowances, benefits and salaries as well as certain working conditions and to provide procedures for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, which may arise between the parties, without any interference to the operation of the Board and its schools.
