General Relationship Between the Parties. Höegh UK and any subcontractors shall perform the Administrative Services as independent contractors and the Parties do not intend, and nothing herein will be interpreted so as, to create a partnership or joint venture relationship or agency relationship between Höegh UK and any one or more of the MLP, the Operating Company, the General Partner or any other member of the Partnership Group. Nothing in this Agreement creates any employment relationship between the MLP, on the one hand, and the Managers or any other Person performing the Administrative Services, on the other.
