Common use of General Reporting Clause in Contracts

General Reporting. Provider’s obligation to provide Reports 29.1 Without limiting any other provisions of this Agreement, the Provider must provide as required by the Department from time to time: specific Reports on: the Services, including the progress of the Services under this Agreement and against any performance criteria; and the financial status of the Provider; and a suitably qualified, informed and authorised representative at any meeting arranged by the Department in order to discuss and accurately answer questions relating to the Reports referred to at clause 29.1(a).
