General Resale Ordering and Provisioning Requirements. (a) CBT shall provide provisioning services to CLEC during Normal Business Hours, Business Days. CLEC may request CBT to provide Saturday, Sunday, holiday and/or off-hour provisioning services. If CLEC requests that CBT perform provisioning services at times or on days other than as required in the preceding sentence, CBT shall provide such services on a time and materials basis for all personnel involved in such activity at rates set forth in Schedule 2.1.
