Disconnects. CBT shall provide to CLEC daily information notifying CLEC of any services disconnected from CLEC.
Disconnects. 4.1. Customer calls the Comverge call center and requests removal from the Program
4.2. CSR assesses reason(s) customer desires to discontinue Program participation
4.2.1. Attempts are made to satisfy customer if there are issues and retain participation in the A/C-DLC Program
4.2.2. Efforts may or may not include allowing the customer to be ‘overridden’ for a specific ‘Control Event(s)’
4.2.2.1. Override decisions are the sole and exclusive responsibility of Comverge
4.2.2.2. Overrides are logged and treated financially according to parameters as defined in Exhibit B, Price Schedule
4.2.2.2.1. Overrides are described in Section II (Measurement & Valuation)
4.3. Customers exiting the Program are disconnected immediately
4.3.1. Immediate (via the phone) discontinuation is possible because the participant’s DCU can be included / excluded electronically (via the DCU addressing scheme)
4.3.1.1. If the customer again desires to participate in the Program they can once-again be connected by the CSR
4.3.1.1.1. Remote manipulation of connects / disconnects via the PowerCAMP control software
4.3.2. For customers wanting the DCU to be physically removed from the Program, a work order is scheduled for a field tech to execute
4.3.2.1. For customers desiring to be present when the removal takes place a schedule time and date is established for work to be performed
Disconnects. The Providing Party shall notify the Purchasing Party of any termination of any Offered Service provided under this Agreement to the Purchasing Party when such termination is requested by the Providing Party or any third party. Such notice shall be in a format and detail consistent with industry standards.
Disconnects. Maintenance activities associated with disconnects based on work request generated by a traveling operator or as part of equipment maintenance requirements.

If you terminate the telephone service associated with any Advertising, you shall remain liable for all charges hereunder and we reserve the right to require immediate payment of all sums due for such Advertising for the remainder of the Term. Disconnection, modification or transfer of telephone numbers or service activity initiated by you and associated with any Advertising, may result in the omission or cancellation of the Advertising. You assume the risk of such result.
Disconnects. To terminate this Agreement or Order Term, Customers must provide NetWolves written notification 60 days (90 days for International circuits) in advance of the date of requested termination of service to xxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

If you terminate any URL, website, or other form of media service associated with any Advertising, you shall remain liable for all charges hereunder and we reserve the right to require immediate payment of all sums due for such Service(s) for the remainder of the Term. Disconnection, modification or transfer of any URL, website, or other form of media initiated by you and associated with any Service(s), may result in termination of the impacted Service(s). You assume the risk of such result.
Disconnects. 3.2.12.1 U S WEST shall provide to AT&T daily information in a mutually agreed upon format notifying AT&T of any services disconnected from AT&T. This report will itemize a change in local service provider or outward line movement on service order activity.
Disconnects i. If a Player fails to load into a PPL Game or disconnects during a PPL Game where no Champions have been defeated and the timer inside the Game reads ten (10) seconds or less after the spawn gate opens then either Team may request a remake of the PPL Game, subject to Administrator approval in its sole and absolute discretion. Until an Administrator approves the remake, Players are expected to continue playing the non-remade PPL Game. Each Team may receive up to one
(1) remake each Match, unless otherwise agreed by an Administrator.
ii. If a Player disconnects during a PPL Game and does not meet the criteria set forth in the preceding subsection, then there will be no remake remedy available unless an Administrator determines otherwise in the Administrator’s sole and absolute discretion.
iii. If a remake occurs pursuant to subsection (i), then the Team affected by the disconnect may use a checked-in “substitute” Player.
iv. In the event of a remake, picks and bans must remain the same, but Players on the same Team may exchange picked Champions amongst themselves.
Disconnects. Disconnect existing units and install new units using all original attachment materials or approved equals. No allowances for larger power requirements will be given as contractor shall familiarize themselves with the site. All electrical work must be completed by a Minnesota licensed electrician. Any needed permits and inspections are the responsibility of the contractor.
