Common use of General Responsibilities and Standards Clause in Contracts

General Responsibilities and Standards. (a) Project Co shall, at its own cost and risk, perform and complete the Works: (i) in accordance with the Baseline Works Schedule and, in this regard, shall commence the Works no later than the day following Financial Close and, subject to adjustment as provided for in the Project Agreement, (A) achieve Substantial Completion by the Scheduled Substantial Completion Date; and

General Responsibilities and Standards. (a) Project Co shall, at its own cost and risk, perform and complete the Works: (i) in accordance with the Baseline Works Schedule and, in this regard, shall commence the Works no later than the day following Financial Close and, subject to adjustment as provided for in the Project Agreement, ((A) achieve Substantial each Phase Completion by the applicable Scheduled Substantial Phase Completion Date; and;

General Responsibilities and Standards. (a) Project Co shall, at its own cost and risk, perform and complete the Works: (i) : in accordance with the Baseline Works Project Schedule and, in this regard, shall commence the Works no later than the day following Financial Close and, subject to adjustment as provided for in the Project Agreement, (A) achieve Substantial Completion Handover of the [REDACTED] in accordance with Section 25.15A, by the [REDACTED] Scheduled Substantial Completion Handover Date; and;

(a) Project Co shall, at its own cost and risk, perform and complete the Works: (i) in accordance with the Baseline Works Schedule and, in this regard, shall commence the Works no later than the day following Financial Close and, subject to adjustment as provided for in the Project Agreement, (A) achieve Substantial each Phase Completion by the applicable Scheduled Phase Completion Date; (B) achieve Tower Interim Completion by the Scheduled Substantial Tower Interim Completion Date; and;

(a) Project Co shall, at its own cost and risk, perform and complete the Works: (i) in accordance with the Baseline Works Project Schedule and, in this regard, shall commence the Works no later than the day following Financial Close and, subject to adjustment as provided for in the Project Agreement, (A) achieve Substantial Milestone Payment Completion for the First Milestone Payment by the Scheduled Substantial First Milestone Payment Completion Date and achieve Milestone Payment Completion for the Second Milestone Payment by the Scheduled Second Milestone Payment Completion Date; and;
