General Scope of Lessor’s Review. The Lessor will not approve proposed Construction Documents unless it has determined that the proposed Improvements are appropriate for the Park Area and consistent with all Applicable Laws, including Part 18 and the Park Area’s General Management Plan. The Lessor’s approval of the proposed Improvements is subject to any required compliance with the National Environmental Policies Act (NEPA, 42 U.S.C. §§ 4321 et seq.) and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (54 U.S.C. § 306108).
