General Standards Governing Use. Tenant shall not use or occupy or permit the Premises or any part thereof to be used or occupied, not do or permit anything to be done in or on the Premises, in whole or in part, in a manner which would in any way (i) violate any applicable Legal Requirements, or (ii) violate any of the covenants, agreements, provisions and conditions of this Agreement, or (iii) violate the certificate of occupancy then in force with respect thereto, or (iv) as will constitute a public or private nuisance.
