General Terms of Mou. The East Brunswick Public Library will provide the following: iPads that are preconfigured by EBPL’s Information Technology (IT) staff with apps and links for telemedicine and health literacy resources. Dedicated NJHealthConnect Librarian who is available approximately 21 hours a week. Support by NJ HealthConnect Librarian, EBPL’s IT staff, and Marketing Coordinator, including start-up; marketing; training via Zoom, phone or in-person visits; troubleshooting; and help with program sustainment or phase-out at project completion. Meraki Management software to make each device CIPA compliant. Marketing templates and support by EBPL’s Marketing Coordinator, Xxxxx Xxxxxx xxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. Remote updating of new apps by EBPL’s IT Department, as needed. At the conclusion of the grant period, September 30, 2022, iPads will become the permanent property of participating libraries who are encouraged to sustain the program using their own staff and resources. For those libraries who wish to sustain the program, EBPL’s IT Department and NJHealthConnect librarian will provide guidance on how to download the apps and configure the iPad on their own. For those libraries that cannot/do not wish to sustain the program, the IT Department at the East Brunswick Public Library will remotely remove the Meraki Management System. This will return the iPads to their original state for general use. (Insert Library Name) will agree to provide the following: Commitment and understanding of the need for public libraries to play a role in advancing health equity through the NJHealthConnect @ Your Library program. Dedicated staff to assist with the program and a point-of-contact to interface with the NJHealthConnect librarian for questions or support. Access to WIFI and either a dedicated, private area or the ability for patrons to check out NJHealthConnect iPads to conduct telemedicine appointments or job interviews. Use iPads exclusively to support the project, including not tampering with apps, links, and CIPA compliant software during the grant period. Assess each device upon its return from each user to make sure that all content is intact and equipment is not damaged. Report missing or damaged devices to Xxxxx Xxxxx, Program Administrator, at xxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. Track number of devices loaned out each month, including personal “stories” if voluntarily shared by patrons and other data as needed, to be reported monthly to East Brunswick Public Library and/or the New Jersey State Librar...
