Duration of MOU Sample Clauses
Duration of MOU. This MOU, unless extended by mutual written consent of the institutes, shall expire in FIVE years after the effective date specified in the opening paragraph. However, on review, the MOU shall be extended for another two years by mutual consent.
Duration of MOU. This MOU shall be operational upon signing and will have an initial duration of one year. All activities conducted before this date within the vision of the joint collaboration will be deemed to fall under this MOU.

Duration of MOU. This MOU shall be in full force and effect for the period commencing this day of May, 2023, and shall remain in effect until the Project is terminated.
