Common use of General Voting Procedures Clause in Contracts

General Voting Procedures. Each outstanding Class A Unit and Class B Unit shall be entitled to one (1) vote on each matter submitted to a vote or for approval unless otherwise provided by law or pursuant to the last sentence of Section 5.3. No Class C Member or Class D Member shall have the right to vote or otherwise approve any action by the Members in any respect whatsoever, except as required by the Act or by applicable law.
