GENERAL WORKS. No external contractors shall be allowed on site to do any work without the written consent from the developer/seller. Nor shall the purchaser be allowed to discuss or arrange any additions or changes to the property without the knowledge of the agent. Any alterations or additions to the property must be in writing and be accepted by the SELLER and PURCHASER prior to commencement of any works. Units will be locked when near to completion. No access when the developer is not on site.
GENERAL WORKS. “General Works” shall mean any Works or portion(s) thereof (including any models, formats, processes, data, databases, software (whether in source code or object code), or algorithms) that both (i) do not directly relate to any of Service Recipient or its Affiliate’s drug products’ or portfolio candidates’ intellectual property (including any formulation(s), specification(s), dosage(s), indication(s), delivery mechanism(s), manufacturing, development, or commercialization thereof), and (ii) have general applicability to the operation of the business of the Service Provider (including for the purposes of undertaking analytics or improving or enhancing any of the Services or any other services of the Service Provider).
GENERAL WORKS. 2.1 Provide all necessary external ramps and steps to meet external ground and services preparations.
2.2 Provide all necessary power, water, foul, storm, internet, heating, security alarm, phone and network connections required for the new building to be connected to external mechanical, water and electrical services provided by others.
2.3 Provide a spare 100mm dia. Duct from within the existing building to the modular portable building electrical services entry point.
2.4 Provide all necessary attendances and liaison as required by services providers.
2.5 Carry out all necessary reinstatement of surrounding surfaces as a consequence of the new building.
2.6 Agree the building layout, site layout, finishes schedule, etc. with the school's representatives.
