Common use of GENERAL XXXXXXXX Clause in Contracts

GENERAL XXXXXXXX. CONTRACTOR warrants that it will perform all WORK required hereunder in accordance with the prevailing standard of care by exercising the skill and care normally required of individuals performing the same or similar WORK, under the same or similar circumstances, in the State of Nevada.

CONTRACTOR warrants that it will perform all WORK SERVICES required hereunder in accordance with the prevailing standard of care by exercising the skill and care normally required of individuals performing the same or similar WORKSERVICES, under the same or similar circumstances, in the State of Nevada.
