Generation and Transmission Outages. (a) Generation Outages that are planned or forecast, as soon as practicable, including all data specified in Section 5.1.1; (b) Transmission Outages that are planned or forecast, as soon as practicable, including all data specified in Section 5.1.3; and (c) Notification of all forced outages of both generation and transmission resources, not to exceed 30 minutes after they are identified.
