Generation Business. (A) Cease to own (through the Borrower or wholly-owned Subsidiaries) the business of generating electricity, or (B) reduce the net installed electric generating capacity (summer rating) of the electricity generation business owned by the Borrower and its wholly-owned Subsidiaries taken as a whole to less than 7821 Megawatts.
