Geographical Bargaining Unit. The geographical bargaining unit for all recognised Trade Unions is national in extent (i.e. covering all sites, services and designated employee groups within the SPS in Scotland). No local geographical bargaining unit exists. 1 The Prison Governors Association are recognised as a Trade Union by SPS but they are not part of this agreement.
