There are other factors we cannot control which may prevent us from providing the Services to you at any particular time or place, or that may impair the quality of the Services. Some examples are hills, tall buildings, tunnels, weather, electrical system design and architecture of your Vehicle, damage to important parts of your Vehicle in an accident, or wireless phone network congestion.
