Common use of Georgia Customers Clause in Contracts

Georgia Customers. Your initial wait period for coverage will not exceed 30 days. You and We understand and agree that any claim must first be submitted to non-binding arbitration pursuant to procedures set forth in Section 12 of this Agreement.
