Common use of Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Clause in Contracts

Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. The Contractor shall comply with all requirements of the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act of 2006 as codified in O.C.G.A. §§ 13-10-90 and 13-10-91 and regulated in Chapter 300-10-1 of the Rules and Regulations of the State of Georgia and shall execute a certification in the form of Section K - Attachment 02, incorporated herein by reference.

Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. The Contractor shall will comply with all requirements the provisions of the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act of 2006 as codified in (O.C.G.A. §§ 13-10-90 91). Contractor will execute and 13-10-91 deliver the Immigration and regulated in Chapter 300-10-1 of the Rules Security Act Affidavit and Regulations of the State of Georgia and shall execute a certification in the form of Section K - Attachment 02, incorporated herein by reference.Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B.

The Contractor shall comply certifies that it has complied, and will comply, with all requirements of the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act of 2006 as codified in (O.C.G.A. §§ 13-10-90 et seq.). Contractor agrees to sign and 13-10-91 comply with Exhibit C, Georgia Security and regulated in Chapter 300-10-1 of the Rules and Regulations of the State of Georgia and shall execute a certification in the form of Section K - Attachment 02Immigration Compliance Affidavit, incorporated herein by referenceif applicable.

Contractor will execute and 13-10-91 deliver the Immigration and regulated in Chapter 300-10-1 of the Rules Security Act Affidavit and Regulations of the State of Georgia and shall execute a certification in the form of Section K - Attachment 02, incorporated herein by reference.Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. The Contractor shall comply Contractor’s full compliance with all requirements applicable federal and state security and immigration laws, including without limitation O.C.G.A. § 13-10-90, et seq. as amended and Georgia Department of Labor Rule 300-10-1, et seq. is required. Contractor is required to affirm compliance by completing the appropriate Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act documents contained in Exhibit E, as applicable. Any Contractor, subcontractor, or sub-subcontractor of 2006 as codified in O.C.G.A. §§ 13-10-90 and 13-10-91 and regulated in Chapter 300-10-1 of such Contractor or subcontractor, shall also be required to satisfy the Rules and Regulations of the State of Georgia and shall execute a certification in the form of Section K - Attachment 02, incorporated herein by referencerequirements set forth herein.

Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. The Contractor shall comply acknowledges that it is responsible for complying with all requirements the provisions of the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act of 2006 as codified in located at O.C.G.A. §§ 13-10-90 et seq. and 13-10-91 and regulated in Chapter Georgia Department of Labor Rule 300-10-1 of the Rules and Regulations of the State of Georgia and shall execute a certification in the form of Section K - Attachment 021-.02, incorporated herein by reference.and:
