GEOSP Seconded Employees. GEOSP and each employee seconded from GEOSP or ------------------------ its Affiliate shall be responsible for resolving the manner in which the employee's period of secondment shall be treated with respect to that person's pension rights with GE or any of its Affiliates, years in service and what the seniority rights in GE or any of its Affiliates will be at the end of the secondment period.
