GETTING RID OF RUBBISH. (a) You or anyone living with or visiting you, must ensure that rubbish and unwanted items from your property are disposed of in the prescribed manner for the property. • You must not allow rubbish to build up in the property. (Clause 3.2 covers the condition the property should be kept in); • You or anyone living with or visiting you, must not improperly dispose of rubbish on our land, communal areas or in the locality. If you do we may charge you for any cost incurred for clearing and/or cleaning the property/land in question.
