Common use of Gift Cards Clause in Contracts

Gift Cards. 2.1. EML cannot guarantee that a particular retailer will accept the Gift Card. Please check with retailers before attempting to make a transaction. 2.2. Our Gift Cards do not fall within the scope of the regulation of payment or electronic money services. The purchase of a Gift Card does not constitute a deposit. No additional funds may be loaded onto your Gift Card after the initial purchase, except in the event that a retailer refunds a transaction on the Gift Card.
