Limited status employees do not receive any fringe benefits under this Agreement except for the following: Bereavement Leave (Article 46), Military Leave (Article 47), Jury Duty Leave (Article 48), Use of College Facilities (Article 52), Emergency Services Leave (Article 55), Uniforms and Gear (Article 57), Blood Donations Leave (Article 58), Meals, Parking, Books and Supplies (Article 59), Sick Leave (Article 44), and Holidays (Article 51).

Contractor shall receive, or be subject to the following leave provisions in the same manner and amount as employees in the Administrative Services Bargaining Unit: Bereavement, Vacation, Holiday, Compulsory, Jury Duty, Witness Leave, and Blood Donations, except that accrue Sick and Vacation.
Blood Donations: Time may be granted for the employee to donate blood, plus travel time, up to four (4) hours.
These include Clauses 24.1 Annual Leave (including leave loading), 24.3.6 Pre Natal Leave, 24.5 Personal/Carer’s Leave, 24.6 Multicultural Leave, 24.10 Leave for Community Contributions, 24.11 Leave for Blood Donations, 24.12 Jury Service, 24.13 Public Holidays, 24.14 Study Leave, 22.15 Leave of Absence/Leave Without Pay, 24.16 OH&S Representative Leave, 24.17 Trade Union Training Leave and Accident Compensation Leave provided in Clause 26 (Accident Makeup Pay).
