Web Portal If you elect to link to and use the web interface provided by us (the “Web Portal”), you agree that the Web Portal is for the sole purpose of enabling Recipients to update and add their contact information. If you elect to use the Web Portal, we grant for the period of the Term (as defined below) to you a limited non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to place a digital image of the applicable sign-up Logo, which will be presented to you (the “Image”), on an appropriate page of your Internet site, with a hyperlink to our Web Portal site (the “Link”) currently at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/. You may not use any other trademark or service xxxx in connection with the Image without our prior written approval. The Link may not be used in any manner to provide an Authorized User with access to the Web Portal via any framing, layering or other techniques now known or hereafter developed that permit display of the Web Portal with any materials posted by you or anyone other than us. You may not allow the Image to be linked to any other web site. You may not use the Image in any manner not permitted hereunder, modify the Image, or copy, or create a derivative work from, the “look and feel” of the Image. We will have the right to review all uses of the Image for quality control purposes and proper compliance. We reserve the right to modify permission to use the Image and/or the Link at any time.
Trunk Data Exchange 65.9.1 Each Party agrees to service trunk groups to the blocking criteria in Section 64.3.4 in a timely manner when trunk groups exceed measured blocking thresholds on an average time consistent busy hour for a twenty- one (21) Day study period. The Parties agree that twenty-one (21) Days is the study period duration objective unless mutually agreed otherwise. The study period will not include a holiday.
Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.
Clearing Systems In delivering any Global Note or Global Certificate in accordance with Clause 3.4.1, the Fiscal Agent shall give instructions to the relevant clearing system to hold the Notes represented by it to the order of the Fiscal Agent pending transfer to the securities account(s) referred to in Clause 3.4.1. Upon payment for any such Notes being made to the Fiscal Agent, it shall transfer such payment to the account of the Issuer notified to it by the Issuer. For so long as any such Note continues to be held to the order of the Fiscal Agent, the Fiscal Agent shall hold such Note to the order of the Issuer.
Data Exchange Each Party shall furnish to the other Party real-time and forecasted data as required by ERCOT Requirements. The Parties will cooperate with one another in the analysis of disturbances to either the Plant or the TSP’s System by gathering and providing access to any information relating to any disturbance, including information from oscillography, protective relay targets, breaker operations, and sequence of events records.
Portal-to-Portal All employees shall receive portal to portal mileage reimbursement when on a call back.
Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits. Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.
Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.
Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.
