Web Portal. If you elect to link to and use the web interface provided by us (the “Web Portal”), you agree that the Web Portal is for the sole purpose of enabling Recipients to update and add their contact information. If you elect to use the Web Portal, we grant for the period of the Term (as defined below) to you a limited non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to place a digital image of the applicable sign-up Logo, which will be presented to you (the “Image”), on an appropriate page of your Internet site, with a hyperlink to our Web Portal site (the “Link”) currently at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/. You may not use any other trademark or service xxxx in connection with the Image without our prior written approval. The Link may not be used in any manner to provide an Authorized User with access to the Web Portal via any framing, layering or other techniques now known or hereafter developed that permit display of the Web Portal with any materials posted by you or anyone other than us. You may not allow the Image to be linked to any other web site. You may not use the Image in any manner not permitted hereunder, modify the Image, or copy, or create a derivative work from, the “look and feel” of the Image. We will have the right to review all uses of the Image for quality control purposes and proper compliance. We reserve the right to modify permission to use the Image and/or the Link at any time.
Web Portal. Registry Operator will implement a secure Web-based portal to help support registrar operations. To obtain access to our Web-based services, a registrar must register his registrants with us, and must have implemented our security features, including SSL encryption, log in with user ID and password, and digital certificates for authentication. The home page of the web portal will include a notice to registrars of planned outages for database maintenance or installation of software upgrades. This notification will be posted 30 days prior to the event in addition to active notification including phone calls and email. We will also record outage notifications in the help desk database to facilitate compliance with the service-level agreement. Finally, seven days and again two days prior to the scheduled event, we will use both an email and a Web-based notification to remind registrars of the outage. Non-affiliated registrars and the general Internet community may obtain generic information from NeuStar's public Web site, which will describe our TLD service offerings and list ICANN- certified registrars providing domain-name services.
Web Portal. PPHC will offer, via a web portal (or other similar service), confidential communications with PPHC, access to Member’s personal medical records, lab results, and other diagnostic reports.
Web Portal. The CONTRACTOR’S web-portal tracking PARTICIPANT level information shall be launched.
Web Portal. Vendor will provide each Member access to the web portal for the purpose of viewing and generating reports, providing instructions on how to process a return, inputting return product information, requesting DEA 222 forms, printing shipping labels, tracking returns, monitoring credits, and auditing credits against the returns. The web portal shall have the capabilities to be set up for Members to access and aggregate several accounts within a facility or several facilities within an organization at no additional charge. Any system outages must be communicated to the Member with adequate advanced notice and every attempt should be made for these outages to occur during off-peak times of weekend and evening hours. The web portal must be functional 99% of the time. If the web portal is non-functional to the Member greater than 1% of the time, Vendor will provide any necessary reports to the Member within 3 business days at no additional charge. Vendor shall follow VAWD accreditation standards to ensure Member data is protected and backed up in the event of a data security breach.

Web Portal. The Web Portal is an electronic internet-based medium consisting of two independent portals: the Local Union portal and the member portal. The Local Union portal provides Assisting Local Unions with access to member data, including reciprocity-related information. The member portal provides BAC members with information about their membership, historical contributions and hours reports, and reciprocity-related information.
Web Portal. Contractor shall provide educational materials on the Enrollee Web portal.
Web Portal. 1. The Web Portal provides for Vehicle Operators and/or Vehicle Drivers in connection with the Contract on the Provision of the On-Board Unit the following customer services:
a) sending of registration data for registering in the Electronic Toll Collection System;
b) sending a report on technical issues;
c) sending of claims, complaints and suggestions as well as information on the status of their handling;
d) providing information on settlement details;
e) producing duplicates of accounting documents and
f) general information and documents for download necessary for the registration and operation of a vehicle within the electronic toll system.
2. The condition for the provision of some of the customer services stated above via the Web Portal is entering a login and a password, which protect the information against abuse by an unauthorised person.
3. After entering into the Contract on the Use of Specified Road Sections and the Contract on the Provision of the On- Board Unit, the System Operator will deliver a login and a password for the user Web Portal to the Vehicle Operator. The System Operator is obliged to carry out and to apply all the security measures in order to prevent violation of the confidentiality of the login details by a third party and also, the Vehicle Operator is not authorised to give the password to a third party.
4. After termination of the Contract on the Provision of the On-Board Unit and/or the Contract on the Use of Specified Road Sections, within 60 days at the latest after the termination of the contract, the access to the Web Portal, and therefore the login and the password will expire as well.
5. If the Vehicle Operator determines another person to handle the logins and passwords, it is specifically required to authorise such person to take and handle them.
6. Logins and passwords are non-transferable. The Vehicle Operator is responsible for all security measures necessary to prevent third parties from accessing them. If an event of access by a third party or another unauthorised abuse occurs, the Vehicle Operator is obliged to inform the System Operator of this fact. If there is unauthorised access provided to a third party or another unauthorised misuse, the System Operator is authorised to suspend the access of the Vehicle Operator to the user Web Portal. The System Operator and/or the Toll Collection Administrator shall not be liable for possible damage incurred by the Vehicle Operator in case of unauthorised access and/...
Web Portal. A. Provide and maintain an on-line web portal that gives participants access to wellness content, a Health Risk Assessment, wellness challenges (if applicable), educational materials, and incentive tracking.
B. Provide and maintain an on-line web portal that gives participants, whom are not required to participate in the County’s Wellness Program, access to wellness content, wellness challenges (if applicable), and educational materials.
C. The on-line web portal will be customized based on log-in credentials, for up to four targeted populations for portal customizations.
D. Web portal content will be updated as necessitated by medical advances or on a component basis. Client-specific bulletin board information will be updated quarterly, and content that is affected by significant new medical knowledge will be updated expediently. Content that encompasses medical specialties that change quickly, such as heart disease, diabetes, nutrition and cancer, will be reviewed and updated annually. The interactive tools — all calculators and condition-related risk assessments as well as quizzes relating to specific health topics will be reviewed annually.
E. Protect the privacy of participants by requiring users to enter a unique user id and password combination to gain entry. Passwords will be encrypted using a one-way hash algorithm before being stored in our database. The Web Portal will use the County’s demographic file to ensure only those eligible have access to their individual information. Contractor will secure all data transmitted to and from the Web Portal application using 128bit SSL encryption. Once participants are logged into the Web Portal; all data is secured by our physical, technical, and procedural controls.
F. Web Portal will include an automatic timeout default of 20 minutes of inactivity on the system and participants will be logged out.
G. Web Portal will contain a To-Do List, which provides actionable items specific to the County’s wellness program offerings and requirements.
H. Web Portal, monthly per eligible participant costs includes the following:
