Common use of Global Sourcing Clause in Contracts

Global Sourcing. The Seller reserves the right in its discretion to obtain, source, subcontract, manufacture, fabricate and assemble the Equipment and any components and systems outside the United States; provided, however, that the Seller shall adhere to the quality standards and warranties of the Seller under the Contract in all cases irrespective of source, and all sourcing shall be consistent with all applicable laws and regulations; and provided, further, that the Seller shall bear full responsibility for all cost increases that occur for whatsoever reason as a result of the Seller’s decision to obtain, source, subcontract, manufacture, fabricate, assemble, or ship the Equipment or any components or systems outside the United States.
