Prices and Adjustments. The initial prices to be paid by Select for the Products purchased hereunder shall be the prices set forth in Exhibit II attached hereto. In addition to any changes to such prices pursuant to Paragraph 3.3 hereof, such prices may be subject to annual adjustments as agreed to by the parties hereto in writing. Such adjusted prices shall be substituted for the prices then set forth in Exhibit II, and a new Exhibit II, as so modified, shall be attached to this Agreement.
Prices and Adjustments. (a) Initial Prices: The unit prices for the Components as of the effective -------------- date of this Agreement are stated in the Supply Schedule (Annex "A"). GM and DRA understand the current prices listed in Annex A are market competitive as of Fall 1993. In addition, the parties agree that GM's standard non-ferrous metals price adjustment policies will apply throughout the term of this Agreement.
Prices and Adjustments. The pricing to be paid by the Buyer for the Products purchased hereunder shall be the prices set forth in Exhibit I attached hereto. In addition to any changes to such prices pursuant to Paragraph 3.4, such prices may be subject to adjustments as agreed to by the parities. A minimum of 60 days written notice is required prior to the effective date of the requested price adjustment. The adjusted price shall be guaranteed for a minimum of 6 (six) months from the effective date of the price adjustment. Such adjusted prices shall be substituted for the prices set forth in Exhibit I, and a new Exhibit I, as so modified shall be attached to this Agreement.
Prices and Adjustments. Unless otherwise indicated on the Order, the prices for the Products stated on the Order ("Purchase Price") are elective only for Products shipped within twelve (12) months after the date of the Order. However, UTITEC may increase the Purchase Price if the cost of UTITEC for gold or other precious metals or used in connection with the Product increases.
Prices and Adjustments. The unit prices for Existing Components applicable during the term of this Agreement, subject to increases or decreases pursuant to Paragraph 3.6 herein and the last sentence of this Paragraph 3.1 and further subject to adjustments in calendar year 1996 and all calendar years thereafter pursuant to Paragraph 3.2 herein, have been negotiated by GMCL and AAM and are stated in the Supply Schedule attached as Exhibit A. All prices for Existing Components are on a F.O.B. (shipping point) basis. Title and risk of damage or loss to the Existing Components and New Components shall pass upon delivery, F.O.B. (shipping point). Price increases or decreases shall be made as the result of engineering changes ordered by GMCL or GM in the specifications for Existing Components, limited to changes in the cost plus a proportional change in profit.
Prices and Adjustments. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by LAKE REGION MEDICAL, the prices for the Products (“Purchase Price”) are effective only for Products scheduled for shipment within sixty (60) days after the date of the Quote.
