Glossary of definitions. The terms used in this agreement and its attachments which are not defined in the code of conduct shall have the meaning given to them in the glossary of definitions set out in the attachment 3 (the Glossary of definitions). By signing this Standard Transmission Agreement, each of TSO and Network User acknowledges to be bound by and to have taken knowledge of all the definitions set out in attachment 3.

Absence due to Disability When an illness/disability has occurred which is not WSIB compensable which prevents an employee from attending and performing her/his regular duties.
