Attachment 2 involve “vulnerable persons” as defined in Section 435.02(6), Florida Statutes, then the Subrecipient’s employees, including its volunteers or any associates or agents of the Subrecipient, that are contributing to the delivery of those services, or who will come into contact with such vulnerable persons in any way, must undergo a background screening that complies with Section 435.04 (Level 2 screening standards), Florida Statutes. The Subrecipient shall pass down this obligation to its subcontractors (if any).
