GMS Budget Documents & Requirements. In accordance with Section 1.7 of this Agreement Subrecipient shall validate that FFATA information entered in GMS is valid and current before a budget is submitted in GMS. The following documents shall be submitted to the Department via attachment in GMS when submitting the budget.
