Goals and Evaluation Clause Samples
The "Goals and Evaluation" clause defines the objectives that the parties aim to achieve under the agreement and establishes the criteria or methods by which progress toward these objectives will be measured. Typically, this clause outlines specific performance targets, deliverables, or milestones, and may describe the process for periodic review or assessment of results. By clearly articulating both the intended outcomes and the standards for evaluating success, this clause ensures that both parties have a shared understanding of expectations and provides a basis for accountability throughout the relationship.
