Common use of Gold Bullion Service Provider Clause in Contracts

Gold Bullion Service Provider. (a) The Assaying Agreement and all other legal, fiscal, taxation, customs or other documentation (collectively, the “Assaying Documentation”) as may be required for the Gold Assaying Services shall be entered into by us for and on your behalf on an undisclosed principal basis with the Gold Bullion Service Provider.
