GOLD Plan: Applicable Laws. The laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto shall be applied in the interpretation, execution, and enforcement of this agreement.

OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS Any provision required to be included in a contract of this type by any applicable and valid federal, state or local law, ordinance, rule or regulations will be deemed to be incorporated herein.
Conformance to Applicable Laws Contractor shall comply with the standard of care regarding all applicable federal, state and county laws, rules and ordinances. Contractor shall not discriminate in the employment of persons who work under this contract because of race, the color, national origin, ancestry, disability, sex or religion of such person.
Applicable Laws The Contractor agrees to conduct all activities under this Agreement in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations, directives, standards, ordinances, and laws, in effect or promulgated during the term of this Agreement, including without limitation, workers’ compensation laws, minimum and maximum salary and wage statutes and regulations, and licensing laws and regulations. When required, the Contractor shall furnish H-GAC with satisfactory proof of its compliance therewith.
Applicable Laws and Regulations All duly promulgated applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits and other duly authorized actions of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the relevant parties, their respective facilities, and/or the respective services they provide.
Applicable Law, Etc This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed, applied and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State applicable to contracts between residents of the State which are to be performed entirely within the State, regardless of (i) where this Agreement is executed or delivered; or (ii) where any payment or other performance required by this Agreement is made or required to be made; or (iii) where any breach of any provision of this Agreement occurs, or any cause of action otherwise accrues; or (iv) where any action or other proceeding is instituted or pending; or (v) the nationality, citizenship, domicile, principal place of business, or jurisdiction of organization or domestication of any party; or (vi) whether the laws of the forum jurisdiction otherwise would apply the laws of a jurisdiction other than the State; or (vii) any combination of the foregoing. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any action to enforce, arising out of, or relating in any way to, any of the provisions of this Agreement may be brought and prosecuted in such court or courts located in the State as is provided by law; and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of said court or courts located in the State and to service of process by registered mail, return receipt requested, or by any other manner provided by law.
FIFTEEN APPLICABLE LAW 15.1. Unless otherwise specified, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws, rules, and regulations of the State of Florida, and by the laws, rules and regulations of the United States when providing services funded by the United States government. Any suit or action brought by either party to this Agreement against the other party relating to or arising out of this Agreement must be brought in the appropriate Florida state court in Xxxxxxx County, Florida.
Legal Requirements All applicable Federal and State laws and County ordinances that in any manner affect the items covered herein apply. Lack of knowledge by the Bidder shall in no way be a cause for relief from responsibility. A. Conformity with Applicable Law The Manager, in the performance of its duties and obligations under this Agreement, shall act in conformity with the Registration Statement of the Trust and with the instructions and directions of the Board of Trustees of the Trust and will conform to, and comply with, the requirements of the 1940 Act and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Compliance with all Applicable Laws and Regulations Grantee must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances in administering CRF under this Agreement. Grantee acknowledges that this requirement includes, but is not limited to, compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local health and safety rules and regulations. Grantee’s failure to comply with any part of this provision is material and must be grounds for termination of this Agreement for cause by Florida Housing.
Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations (a) To the best of Borrower’s knowledge after due inquiry and investigation, each of the following is true: (i) All Improvements and the use of the Mortgaged Property comply with all applicable statutes, rules and regulations, including all applicable statutes, rules and regulations pertaining to requirements for equal opportunity, anti-discrimination, fair housing, environmental protection, zoning and land use (“legal, non-conforming” status with respect to uses or structures will be considered to comply with zoning and land use requirements for the purposes of this representation). (ii) The Improvements comply with applicable health, fire, and building codes. (iii) There is no evidence of any illegal activities relating to controlled substances on the Mortgaged Property.
