Common use of GOLD PLATE AND TRIAL FUNCTIONS Clause in Contracts

GOLD PLATE AND TRIAL FUNCTIONS. (a) It is agreed that nothing so noted in any of the aforementioned language will supersede the existing practice of gold plate - special functions where Management reserves the complete right to select those service persons that will be provided. (b) The Parties agree that the service charge paid to the employees for such noted service will be sixty-five dollars ($65.00). (c) It is understood and agreed, where current practices provide amounts in excess of this number, the Hotel will continue the present practice.
