Common use of Good Faith Consultations Clause in Contracts

Good Faith Consultations. The Parties shall consult, and work in partnership, with each other in accordance with the provisions of this Section 9 concerning the grant of any Commercial License. With respect to any decision regarding the granting of any Commercial License, the Parties shall (A) act in good faith and on a responsive basis and (B) make such decision on a reasonable basis using the principles and guidelines set forth in Section 9(c) of this Agreement.

Good Faith Consultations. The Parties shall will consult, and work in partnershipcoordination, with each other in accordance with the provisions of this Section 9 8 concerning the grant of any Commercial License. With respect to any decision regarding the granting of any Commercial License, the Parties shall will (A) act in good faith and on a responsive basis and (B) make such decision on a reasonable basis using the principles and guidelines set forth in Section 9(c8(d) of this Agreement.

Good Faith Consultations. The Parties shall hereby agree to consult, and work in partnership, with each other in accordance with the provisions of this Section 9 13 concerning the grant of any Commercial License. With respect to any decision regarding the granting of any Commercial License, the Parties shall hereby further agree to (A) act in good faith and on a responsive basis and (B) make such decision on a reasonable basis using the principles and guidelines set forth in Section 9(c13(c) of this Agreement.

Good Faith Consultations. The Parties shall hereby agree to consult, and work in partnership, with each other in accordance with the provisions of this Section 9 SECTION 10 concerning the grant of any Commercial License. With respect to any decision regarding the granting of any Commercial License, the Parties shall hereby further agree to (A) act in good faith and on a responsive basis and (B) make such decision on a reasonable basis using the principles and guidelines set forth in Section 9(cSECTION 10(c) of this Agreement.
