Common use of Good Faith Consultations Clause in Contracts

Good Faith Consultations. The Parties hereby agree to consult, and work in partnership, with each other in accordance with the provisions of this SECTION 10 concerning the grant of any Commercial License. With respect to any decision regarding the granting of any Commercial License, the Parties hereby further agree to (A) act in good faith and on a responsive basis and (B) make such decision on a reasonable basis using the principles and guidelines set forth in SECTION 10(c) of this Agreement.

Good Faith Consultations. The Parties hereby agree to shall consult, and work in partnership, with each other in accordance with the provisions of this SECTION 10 Section 9 concerning the grant of any Commercial License. With respect to any decision regarding the granting of any Commercial License, the Parties hereby further agree to shall (A) act in good faith and on a responsive basis and (B) make such decision on a reasonable basis using the principles and guidelines set forth in SECTION 10(cSection 9(c) of this Agreement.

Good Faith Consultations. The Parties hereby agree to will consult, and work in partnershipcoordination, with each other in accordance with the provisions of this SECTION 10 Section 8 concerning the grant of any Commercial License. With respect to any decision regarding the granting of any Commercial License, the Parties hereby further agree to will (A) act in good faith and on a responsive basis and (B) make such decision on a reasonable basis using the principles and guidelines set forth in SECTION 10(cSection 8(d) of this Agreement.

Good Faith Consultations. The Parties hereby agree to consult, and work in partnership, with each other in accordance with the provisions of this SECTION 10 Section 13 concerning the grant of any Commercial License. With respect to any decision regarding the granting of any Commercial License, the Parties hereby further agree to (A) act in good faith and on a responsive basis and (B) make such decision on a reasonable basis using the principles and guidelines set forth in SECTION 10(cSection 13(c) of this Agreement.
