Common use of Goods and/or Services Clause in Contracts

Goods and/or Services. 3.1 We shall provide the goods and/or services to you in accordance with this contract and with reasonable skill and care. 3.2 We shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods and/or perform the services on or by any agreed dates, or otherwise within a reasonable period of time, but any dates quoted shall be approximate only and time shall not be of the essence for delivery of the goods or performance of the services. 3.3 We reserve the right to alter or cancel our events (including our conferences and exhibitions) and our training workshops. In the event of our cancellation of an event and/or training workshop and payment for attending that event/training workshop has already been received by us from you, we will refund that payment.
